Customer Service Representative


You will work for an international company. The headquater is in Roelofarendsveen between Amsterdam and Leiden. It is a company with offices throughout the world. The strategy of the product and brand focuses primarily on the development and marketing of recognizable and high-quality products.


Are you directly fulltime available? Communication is one of your strongest skills? Then we are looking for you!

As full time customer service representative you will manage inquiries/order processing/after sales for our customers and be the bridge with our plant, purchasing teams (local and overseas) and vendors. Responsibilities are including but not limited to:

  • Inquiries/quotations
  • Standard and custom projects
  • Pricing
  • Order processing & follow up until delivery
  • Invoicing & payment follow up
  • After sales/complaint management

  • You're living in The Netherlands;
  • You have commercial experience as Customer Service/Sales Support Representative or relevant similar role with a minimum of 3 years;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English is mandatory as well as knowledge of one or more of the following languages (1 mandatory): French, German, Norwegian, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Polish, Danish;
  • At least an MBO diploma;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word);
  • Knowledge/understanding of (non EU) export procedures and export documentation;
  • You're a great organisation talent and have good administrative skills.
