Customer Experience & Relationships
Responds to customer concerns, support, and assists in achievement of store customer care and sales goals and objectives
Applies product knowledge and CARE PLUS process skills to sell PSP, PRP, accessories, and the complete solution
Follows company standards in resolving customer concerns & escalate to manager where required to ensure timely resolution
Maintenance and Tasking
Sets up and maintains product demos
Completes timely and appropriate down-stocking of product
Ensures store is clean and bright and all products have appropriate security/price tags
Product Knowledge, Programs & Services
Maintains current knowledge of the latest technology products & industry trends
Participates in company training programs to enhance product knowledge
Contributes & share knowledge & expertise within store sales team wherever required
Stays updated on & communicates company programs & services ( ie PSP, BBY Card, Geek Squad etc)
Meet/exceed company sales targets & standards on all key result areas on Performance.
