HR Specialist II (HS02)

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of employee surveys, analytics, and systems training
• Support the the People Insights team in addressing business challenges through data management and analysis
• Provide expert training, functional support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to PI staff as it relates to surveys and data
• Generate reports, conduct data analysis, and provide meaningful insight to People Insights and other HR colleagues and partners for use in making informed decisions
• Manage employee surveys, provide analysis, and present key findings to leadership
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics to support strategic decision making among HR leaders
• Ensure data integrity, perform data audits, and produce quality data analytics and reports
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and adherence to local and federal regulations, such as the OFCCP, U.S. Dept of Labor, and EU Safe Harbor laws
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties to support People Insights team as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, or related field
• Minimum 1-year related experience supporting HR systems
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, draw conclusions and recommend solutions
• Strong command of Microsoft Office with advanced/expert technical capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective presentation skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills to provide training on a one-on-one basis or to groups

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the following is a plus: Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) reporting tool, Workday, survey administration, data warehouses, consulting, project management

• Years of experience/education and/or certifcations required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, analytics, or related field, Minimum 1-year related experience supporting HR systems, preferably related to HR
• What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
1: Experienced in procedural and business process design
2: Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams
3: Ability to independently perform Quality System documentation gap and impact analyses.
4: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communications skills

• Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required? If yes, how many hours: 8 hours/per day

• Does this position offer the ability to work remotely on a regular basis or is it an on-site role? If remote opportunity exists, what are the options (i.e. 1 day remote, 4 days on-site)? Onsite post COVID Restrictions.
