Working hours
You will be working from Monday till Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a logistics administrator on full-time basis for our client in Venlo.
What will you be doing?
As a logistics administrator you will be supporting all supply chain procedures. From coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentations: this will be all part of your future job! That you need to be well-organized is no surprise, because you need to understand the whole fulfillment cycle.

Your future tasks will include:

  • Communicating with the team in the warehouse
  • Communicating shipment statuses with the planning and CS team and store operations
  • Validating delivery addresses and shipment lists
  • Arranging special transport and customer pick-ups
  • Investigating, controlling, performing administrative support tasks

Job requirements

  • A mbo/EQF level 2 degree or higher
  • A good command of the English language because you will be communicating with English-peaking colleagues
  • At least one year of experience working as a logistics administrator, administrator, back office employee, logistics employee or a related function
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) at your local municipality

Living in or near Venlo, Roermond, Weert or Eindhoven is a bonus, but not mandatory!
