Get the opportunity to excel in generating highly qualified sales leads, collaborate strategically with the international sales team to identify, research and target the right companies and to use smart marketing to convert leads into customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prospect, uncover and develop new opportunities for nearshore software development in the Benelux market
  • Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through incoming leads and own sales development
  • Lead follow-up, relationship development and appointment setting
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects to grow new business
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified sales opportunities targets and regularly communicate with senior sales to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
  • Capture all relevant customer information and sales activities completely into our CRM (Pipedrive) in order to advance the sales cycle
  • Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company’s sales
  • Work in close collaboration with the group ceo in developing Benelux market


  • Dynamic, energetic  professional, that likes to take initiative
  • Experience with technology products in a B2B environment
  • Able to familiarize quickly with technical products and projects
  • Previous experience working in an outbound position and calling on decision makers and executives is a plus
  • Own network in software product companies is a plus
  • A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
  • Exceptionally strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, working from home most of the time
  • Highly organized, reflecting work on a daily basis in Pipedrive and reporting into the sales team about progress
  • Genuine interest in Fintech, Healthtech, IoT or Digital Workplace is an asset
  • Fluency in English (other EU languages are a plus)
